Join us for a craft market where kids make the goods and run the show.

All vendors should be age 17 or younger.

In 2026, we're asking that families register for no more than 2 markets. We're thrilled with how many kids are interested in being vendors and would love to ensure more families get a market spot this year.

We ask that siblings share a booth space. You can have multiple tables in your tent area, and vendors with lots of variety tend to do well.

If friends want to join together and share a booth space, that's great, too! Just be sure to order additional t-shirts if that's important to your kids.

That's totally up to you. A professional set-up is not required.

Some kids take it more seriously, designing logos and printing labels. Younger ones make hand-drawn signs and write their prices. The breadth is what makes it fun.

Our goal is to provide kids a spot to learn about business, handle money, talk to customers, and discover the joy of making something and seeing someone else appreciate it.

The Made by Me Market will take place outdoors on the main lawn (right in front of the gift shop) at Olentangy Caverns: 1779 Home Rd, Delaware, OH 43015

⏰ Arrival & Set-Up

Vendor check-in begins at 12:00 PM.

If your setup is quick, feel free to arrive anytime between 12pm - 12:30pm, but allow enough time for unloading, setup, and getting ready. Please plan to be onsite no later than 12:30pm.

Upon arrival, please check in with the event coordinator. We’ll assign your booth space and provide your child’s t-shirt. The event coordinator will be outside on the main lawn area wearing a Made by Me Market t-shirt.

You may drive up near your booth area to unload, but vehicles must be moved to the parking lot for the afternoon.

Booths should be completely set up and ready to go by 12:50 PM.

The most saturated vendor category in 2025 was jewelry. If your child is a jewelry maker, you can help them stand out by adding something unique or unexpected to their items.

Or consider choosing a less popular category of items to sell.

A booth reservation is $29 and includes:

- 1 reserved space for your 10’x10’ tent

- 1 shirt

Have multiple kids running the same booth? You can purchase additional shirts for $15/each.

The goal is around 20 vendors. These markets are relatively small because we want each kid to have a great sales day. If we create too many spots, it’s less likely that there will be enough customers for every vendor to succeed.
