INVITATION NOTE: unless booking and after hours party, please end your party by 4:30pm to ensure guests have all been picked up by closing time at 5pm.

Private Room Rental

Enclosed Shelter House Room

Pricing:

  • 3 hours: $195

  • 4 hours: $245

  • 8 hours: $495

What's Included:

  • Access to the private room with air conditioning and heating.

  • Tables (8) and chairs to seat 48.

  • Built-in cabinet / counter area for setting up food, etc.

If you need more than 15 minutes to set up, please reserve additional time to account for your full rental. (IE: If your party starts at noon, but you want an hour to set up, please begin your rental at 11am.)

After Hours Party

Private all-access party details

TIME: 5pm - 8pm

PRICING: Begins at $995+ for 40 people (3 hrs)

Additional tickets can be purchased per person for kids ($22.99) and adults ($25.99).

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Access to the private room with air conditioning and heating, including tables (8) and chairs to seat 48.

  • Private access to ALL activities based on your party needs.

OTHER DETAILS:

  • You are welcome to bring in food, catering, or food trucks. Please remember to account for all items including plates, utensils, etc.

  • For events with children, please ensure you have enough adult chaperones to manage your group. We recommend no less than 5 adults for every 1 child.

  • Set-up begins at 4pm
